Client requirements for the Municipality app

  • Develop a unified application for Dubai citizens providing a range of Dubal municipality services and relevant information about the city.
  • Dubai residents can also view and book the services provided at DM centres with a simple check and pay option.

Challenges

It took a lot of work to build an application that remains compliant with the latest international standards because permit building information keeps on changing for contractors, managers, owners, consultants, and property developers. Also, taking traditional, paper-based DM services and related customer data to mobile DM was challenging to handle.

  • Allow users to view the customer dashboard from a 360-degree view.
  • Users can view the dictionary of 2000 local Arabic terms, which makes it easy to understand DM services.
